RAPImgr BIG PROBLEMS ,Computer totally cannot shut down!!!

few months ago i try to install microsoft activesync 4.5 into Windows XP Prof SP2

with this program i got rapimgr.exe make my computer totally cannot shutdown..

after 2 weeks my computer wont shutdown itself !?

then i search ,what program can make my comp problem .

i open task manager

eureka !! i found rapimgr.exe (microsoft activesync 4,5) make my comp wont shutdown!!!

i unistalled microsoft activesync 4,5 first..


very dissapointed
